We do not perform structural design or grant building approvals. The chosen supplier and qualified local professionals must verify material claims, engineering calculations and jurisdictional compliance.
How two sourcing briefs differ
Rapid site office
A short deployment window focuses the comparison on module availability, transport dimensions, lifting method and utility connection scope. A buyer still needs to state local wind and snow criteria; a catalog image cannot replace the design basis. We ask each shortlisted supplier to identify what is included in its price and what must be completed on site.
Multi-room classroom
Occupancy, acoustic performance, accessibility, fire strategy and MEP coordination require a different document package. We compare alternate wall and roof build-ups only when the supplier provides product data and project-specific evidence. Any permit path remains subject to the authority and licensed professionals in the destination country.
