A PIR, EPS or mineral-wool panel label alone does not establish whole-wall fire performance. Connections, penetrations, doors and windows all affect the assembly. Likewise, an ISO management certificate is not structural approval. We request evidence appropriate to the actual proposal.
Transport may favor a flat-pack panel kit, while a volumetric module can reduce field finishing. A lower shipping cost may shift labor to the site. Our quotation comparison states these trade-offs so the buyer can compare delivered scope rather than unit price alone. Additional review questions include whether a temporary classification is accepted locally, who signs off foundations, and which party owns commissioning after module installation. These boundaries can change total cost more than the headline module price.
