What happens after an enquiry
A coordinator first checks whether the requested use and deployment country are clear enough for supplier outreach. If the plan dimensions, storey count or weather criteria are missing, the coordinator asks for them before treating offers as comparable. Supplier availability, lead time and pricing remain subject to direct confirmation.
For a modular office, please distinguish factory-installed electrical and plumbing items from connections completed at the destination. For an education or healthcare building, tell us which local professionals will review occupancy, access and fire requirements. We can request technical documents from suppliers, but we cannot determine permit approval or certify the assembly.
If shipment is part of the scope, provide the destination port, inland delivery point and any crane or access restrictions. Packing dimensions and container quantities come from the selected supplier's confirmed drawings and loading plan. This prevents a nominal module size from being mistaken for a verified transport envelope.
Once the brief is usable, supplier matching and quotation comparison can begin. Any sample, inspection or export coordination is then agreed against the actual order and its document checklist. We do not publish unverified direct phone numbers or a street address.
